We are sorry. You'd better rent cars at the airport. There are about 140 Rent-A-Car companies in Jeju, and there are some desks of the companies in the airport(near gate #3).
Leadership Training Center has a van, but it's not for rent. The van is used for purchasing food material or should be ready for emergent use.

You can use passenger car or public transportation(bus or taxi). You can find bus schedule on "Direction" at "About Us" menu in this website. It takes about an hour from the airport to Leadership Training Center.
