Privacy Policy
NSD Leadership Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the "NSDLTC")establishes and discloses the following guidelines for personal information processing in order to protect the personal information of the information subject and to promptly and smoothly handle the relevant grievances pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act:
Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information)
NSDLTCprocesses personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed is not used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use is changed, we will implement necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Joining and managing homepage members
Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying the intention to join the membership, identifying and certifying members according to the provision of the membership system, maintaining and managing membership, and handling various notices, notices, and grievances.
2. Handling grievances
Personal information is processed for the purpose of identifying civil petitioners, verifying civil complaints, contacting and notifying them of the results of the investigation.
Article 2 (Process and retention period of personal information)
① NSDLTCprocesses and holds personal information within the period of possession and use of personal information under the Act or within the period of possession and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.
② The period of personal information processing and retention is as follows.

④ The information subject shall not infringe on the personal information and privacy of the information subject or other persons handled by NSDLTC in violation of relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 4 (Personal Information Items Processing)
NSDLTC processes the following personal information items.
1. Joining and managing homepage members

2. The personal information below can be automatically generated and collected in the process of using the Internet service.
·IP address, cookie, MAC address, service use record, visit record, defect use record, etc.
Article 5 (Cancellation of Personal Information)
① NSDLTCdestroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period and the achievement of the processing purpose.
② The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.
1. Procedure for destruction
NSDLTC selects personal information that causes destruction and destroys personal information after obtaining approval from the person in charge of protecting personal information of NSDLTC.
2. Destruction method
NSDLTCdestroys personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files by using Low Level Format (Low Level Format), etc., and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 6 (Protection for the Safety of Personal Information)
NSDLTC is taking the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.
1. Administrative measures : establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, regular employee training, etc.
2. Technical measures: Management of access authority for personal information processing systems, installation of encryption for unique identification information, etc.
Article 7 (matters concerning the installation, operation and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices)

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
① NSDLTC is responsible for handling personal information and designated as a person in charge of personal information protection as follows for handling complaints and damage relief of information subjects related to personal information processing.

② The information subject can contact the person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge of personal information protection related inquiries, complaints, and damage relief caused by using
NSDLTC's service (or business).
NSDLTC will respond and process the inquiry of the information subject without delay.
Article 9 (Request for access to personal information)
The information subject may request the following departments to read personal information under Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
NSDLTC will make efforts to expedite the request for personal information of the information subject.
